Your first consultation with me is free of charge where I introduce you to some of the practices and share my approach to holistic wellness. We then determine if we are a supportive match and a good fit. If so, you then get to design your holistic life coaching experience by choosing the services that best speak to you. Together, we co-create a healing path suitable to your current life situation.

    The Work is a powerful self-inquiry meditation method that brings mental clarity by undoing limiting beliefs and judgements; supporting mental & emotional health.

  • Meditation & Mindfulness

    These practices enhance a sense of peace, presence & awareness. Jen’s approach is infused with insights gained from her teachers Thich Nhat Hanh, Eckhart Tolle, Mooji, Byron Katie and Abraham-Hicks.


  • Qi Gong and Mindful Hatha Yoga

    Expand your capacity for self-healing and inner power, mobility, balance and flexibility through this incredible Chinese healing art. Jen teaches through an authentic example as organically guided in each session. Jen has studied with Lee Holden of Holden Qi Gong.


  • Holistic nutrition & conscious food guidance

    Support your sense of balanced energy, lessen cravings, support an active metabolism and balanced body composition. Jen follows the Schwarzbein Principle and Wahls Protocol.
 She can guide you towards greater health and energy by experiencing food as medicine.

  • Nature-Based Spirituality

    Jen’s passion for nature and the planet runs deep. Very deep. She has lived 20 years in an off the grid cabin on a mountain in rural Maine deepening those roots. Her earth-centered guidance will bring you closer to your connection to the elements, nature and the living earth.

  • Holistic Life Coaching by Canoe

    Nature offers the best healing space! Feel calm & ease while on a gentle paddle in Jen’s hand-crafted wooden cedar canvas canoe. Enjoy a customized outing in the natural world sure to return to your True Nature. Experience mindfulness and meditation by canoe. Practice Qi Gong and The Work of Byron Katie on the shore, beach, or forest surrounding a nearby waterway. A truly magical and unique experience. Rates & availability

Jen is available by phone, in person, Zoom or Skype.

She also is available to facilitate small groups, families or larger circles at her location or yours. Group rates are available.

All services are available by appointment, based on availability.

Rates for private services: Starting at $125/hr.

Session length: 1-6+ hours as co-created with the perfect blend of healing arts services and experiences, solitude and structure.

Cancellation policy: 24 hours for one-on-one individual facilitation sessions. Retreats and immersions: 14 day cancellation policy. If you cancel within 14 days of retreat or immersion, 50% of your fee will be refunded.

Honest self-inquiry leaves one as the humble student, open to life and living fully, freely and fearlessly.

In 2009, Jen was licensed as a Certified Facilitator of The Work of Byron Katie, having completed an 800 hr/2 year immersion into this transformative process through the Institute for The Work™.
Jen is a student to life and is discovering how it truly is a friendly universe. She welcomes those open to discovering the same.
She has been actively sharing The Work™ since 2006 and uses it consistently as a tool for mental health, freedom and peace.
